So now that time travel is behind us, along with our sixth Mandela Effect quiz, it's time to discuss the final theories people have for the phenomenon. The first of which is loosely tied to that program Andrew D. Basiago claims to have been a participant of — Project Pegasus. Both of these are relatively short, and there isn't a ton of information to share, beyond being blamed for The Mandela Effect. However, I'll be giving each their own entry.

Psychological Operations

Psychological Operations (PsyOps) or Warfare "are planned operations to convey selected information and indicators to audiences to influence their emotions, motives, and objective reasoning, and ultimately the behavior of governments, organizations, groups, and individuals." There are varying level of PsyOps, but most conspiracy theorist concentrate on Black PsyOps. Or rather, ones that are generally hostile and/or denied by a government as having ever actually existed. Most of these programs are focused on opposing governments, but there are many instances where a government has experimented on their own citizenry.

One of the most notorious United States PsyOps, consisting of multiple subprojects/programs revolving around mind control — carried out by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) — is Project MKUltra.

As you can see, there's no questioning what lengths certain people and/or entities of power will go to when it comes to learning how to control and manipulate others. It's a scary thought. And MKUltra is only one of the known PsyOps declassified (and I'm not even sure if entirely). Imagine how many are still hidden from the public; both completed and/or currently playing out.

Sometimes apologies have been forced, because of revelations, but don't think for a moment that the powers-that-be ever cease their diabolical plots!

If You've Seen One...

Aliens, false flag operations, flat Earth, fake/holographic moon, time travel and Project Pegasus are just some of the subject matter believed to be falsely derived by governments in order to misinform and distract the masses. For this reason, people who aren't affected by the phenomenon (or have, but ignore and/or are in denial), clump The Mandela Effect in with the rest. You can readily find comments made on videos and articles by disbelievers calling The Mandela Effect a hoax and those attempting to raise awareness of their experiences government shills.

For what purpose? Much like the rest. Simply a distraction...

The final theory we'll be jumping into will be a bit more uplifting than the nefarious mind control experiments conducted by governments in the shadows! I promise!
